The
Aruban Cycling Federation is proud to welcome you once more to the Caribbean
Road Cycling Championships, to be held in Aruba, October 14 through 17, 2005.
This time we’ ll make it bigger and better. It will be aBike Festival that will consist of the Fifth Caribbean Road Cycling
Championships, and will also be host to the UCI Latinamerican BMX
Championships.
The
Caribbean Road Cycling Championships started in 2001 at the very same site, in
Aruba and according to the way this championship has been growing since, we
expect to welcome practically all Caribbean nations in Aruba to celebrate with
us the fifth edition. This year it will be a pleasure to invite also the
feminine riders and the youth to this championship.
In
the same week Aruba will also be the proud host the UCI Latinamerican BMX
Championships, which we see both as a recognition of Aruba’s development in
this discipline, and a boost for the further growth of this sport in Aruba.
All Latinamerican countries will be present at this championship.
We
are excited to be able to welcome you to a bike festival of a magnitude, that
will bea first ever to us in
Aruba, and we hope you will be here to join us.
We’ll
see each other this October, in Aruba!
BIENVENIDO
La
Federación Arubana de Ciclismo se enorgullece en darle la bienvenida una vez
más en el Campeonato del Caribe de Ciclismo,a celebrarse e Aruba entre el 14 y el 17 de octubre de 2005.Esta vez lo haremos más grande y mejor. Será un Festival de Ciclismo
que consistirá en el Quinto Campeonato del Caribe de Ciiclismo de Ruta y será
además anfitrión del UCI Campeonato Latinoamericano de Bicicross (BMX).
El
Campeonato del Caribe de Ciclismo tuvo su inicio en el año 2001 en Aruba, en
el mismo sitio, y de acuerdo a cómo el campeonato ha venido creciendo desde
entonces, esperamos poder dar la bienvenida a practicamente todas las naciones
del Caribe, para celebrar con nosotros la quinta edición. Este año será un
placer invitar también las ciclistas femeninas y los ciclistas juveniles a
este campeonato.
En
la misma semana Aruba será la orgullosa anfitriona del UCI Campeonato
Latinoamericano de Bicicross (BMX), lo que consideramos tanto un
reconocimiento del desarrollo de esta disciplina en Aruba, como también un
estímulo para el posterior crecimiento de este deporte en Aruba.
Nos
emociona poder saludarles y darles la bienvenida a un festival de ciclismo de
una magnitud nunca vista en Aruba, y esperamos que estén aquí para acompañarnos.
